Welcome to Planty, an iOS application developed by Trusted Brands UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the application (“the App”). For the purpose of these Terms, “the App” refers to the application Planty. Planty allows users to identify stamps by capturing photos, which are then processed by OpenAI for identification purposes. We do not store any user data on our servers. By using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
