These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Coloring Page Maker, which allows users to convert photos into printable coloring pages using artificial intelligence.

- Prohibited Use: You agree not to:

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Coloring Page Maker offers optional in-app purchases and subscription plans (such as weekly or monthly access to premium features).
- All payments are processed through Apple’s App Store under your Apple ID account.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
- We do not have access to your payment information.

- Photo Processing: When you upload a photo, it is sent securely to OpenAI’s API for processing into a coloring page. We do not store, share, or permanently retain these images.
- Personal Data: We do not collect personal information beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
- Third-Party Services: By using Coloring Page Maker, you acknowledge that certain data may be processed by third parties such as OpenAI and Apple.
