- Scope
By downloading or using Mega Blast!, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
The App is provided exclusively for private, non-commercial entertainment use.
- Description of Service
Mega Blast! is a mobile puzzle game. The App is provided free of charge and financed through advertising via third-party providers.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time without notice.
- Advertising
The App displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob.
Trusted Brands UG has no control over the content of third-party advertisements and assumes no responsibility for external websites, products, or services promoted through ads.
- Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including but not limited to graphics, design elements, gameplay mechanics, logos, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Trusted Brands UG unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or commercially exploit any part of the App without prior written consent.
- Availability and Technical Requirements
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the App. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets the technical requirements necessary to use the App.
- Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an “as is” basis.
To the extent permitted by law, Trusted Brands UG shall not be liable for:
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data
• Loss of profits
• Damages arising from third-party advertisements
• Technical malfunctions beyond our control
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for intent or gross negligence, nor liability under mandatory German law.

The App may contain links or references to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such services.
- Termination
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the App if misuse or unlawful activity is detected.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
If the user is a consumer within the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of the country of residence remain unaffected.
- Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
