These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Stamp Journal application provided by Trusted Brands UG (haftungsbeschränkt).
By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Stamp Journal allows users to:
- Capture or import images
- Convert them into stylized “stamp” visuals
- Organize them into folders and collections
All functionality operates locally on the user’s device.
2. License
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. User Content
All content created within the app (photos, stamps, collections):
- Remains your property
- Is stored locally on your device
- Is not accessed or controlled by the Company
You are solely responsible for the content you create and store.
4. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or modify the app
- Use the app for unlawful purposes
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
5. In-App Purchases (if applicable)
If the app offers subscriptions or purchases:
- Payments are handled by Apple via your Apple ID
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
- Pricing and terms are displayed within the app
The Company does not process payment information directly.
6. Availability
The app is provided “as is” without guarantees of:
- Continuous availability
- Error-free operation
- Compatibility with all devices or iOS versions
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Company shall not be liable for:
- Data loss on your device
- Device malfunctions
- Indirect or consequential damages
You are responsible for backing up your data.
8. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate access to the app if:
- These Terms are violated
- Required for legal or operational reasons
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
10. Changes to Terms
The Company may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
