1. Introduction

Welcome to Halal Check, an iOS application developed by Trusted Brands UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the application (“the App”). For the purpose of these Terms, “the App” refers to the application Halal Check. Halal Check allows users to scan and identify products to determine whether they are Halal, Haram, or Mushbooh based on the ingredients. By using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

• Data Handling: The App processes photos you upload to identify Halal, Haram, or Mushbooh products. No personal data is stored on our servers.
• Third-Party Services: The App may use OpenAI or similar APIs for processing. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the use of third-party services for processing.

2. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to software, trademarks, and content, are owned by or licensed to Trusted Brands UG.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.
