2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ImagePDF, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Description of Service
ImagePDF allows users to:
- Convert photos or images into PDF files directly on their device, without uploading them to any server.
- Purchase a Pro subscription via Apple’s in-app purchase system to unlock additional features.
All processing occurs locally on your device. We do not transmit, store, or access your images or PDFs.
4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
- Purchases and subscriptions are handled exclusively through Apple’s App Store under your Apple ID.
- Prices and billing terms are displayed clearly within the App before purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your App Store account settings.
- We do not have access to your payment information. Apple handles all billing and refunds under its policies.
For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use ImagePDF only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
- Use the App in a way that violates applicable laws or infringes on third-party rights.
- Copy, distribute, or resell the App or its content.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
ImagePDF is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee:
- That the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- That PDFs generated will meet any specific format or legal standard.
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trusted Brands UG (haftungsbeschränkt) shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or revenue.
- Any issues arising from misuse of the App or from third-party software dependencies (e.g., Apple’s frameworks).
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to ImagePDF at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
You may also stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the App or legal requirements.
When updated, the new Terms will be published on https://tbrands.de/terms-of-service-pdf-rocket-ios-app/, and the “Last Updated” date will change.
Your continued use of the App after any change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Herford, Germany.
